The Conference Committee considering HOUSE CS FOR SENATE                       
BILL NO. 153(FIN) am H An Act relating to issuance of special                  
license plates and SENATE BILL NO. 153 An Act relating to                      
issuance of special license plates to commemorate the arts has met             
and failed to agree on amendments. We therefore request that, in               
accordance with Rule 42 of the Uniform Rules, you grant us  limited            
powers of free conference to specifically consider section 1 of                
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 153(FIN) am H.
